Solution Architect

Job Description:We are on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in solving complex problems in our organisation by designing or modifying technology architecture and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality.Responsibilities: ● Evaluate current technologies used within the company and recommend technologies,tools, and frameworks that align with business goals and solution requirements.● Design end-to-end solutions that address business needs, considering scalability,reliability, security, and performance.● Create detailed system architecture diagrams, specifying how various componentswill interact.● Work closely with project manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure aunified understanding of the solution design.● Break down complex business problems into smaller, manageable components forefficient development.● Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the proposed solutions.● Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure the success of thesolution.● Create prototypes or proof-of-concepts to validate the feasibility of the proposedsolution.● Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during theimplementation phase.● Mentor and train team members on best practices and architectural guidelines.● Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for improving existing systems andprocesses.● Direct and oversee the activities of a team of developers, answering questions orhelping to resolve issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:● System Architecture:Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, consideringscalability, reliability, security, and performance.● Programming Languages:Proficiency in Java and .NET programming languages and frameworks withexperience in front-end technologies like React/Angular.● Database Design:Strong knowledge of database management systems and data modeling techniques.● Integration Technologies:Experience with middle ware and integration tools to connect different systems andapplications.● Security:In-depth understanding of cyber-security principles and the ability to design securesolutions.● DevOps:Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, deployment,and monitoring.Soft Skills:● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explaincomplex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.● Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, project managers, andbusiness stakeholders.● Strong leadership skills to guide development teams and provide technical direction.● Problem-Solving skills; analyzing complex problems and developing innovative,effective solutions.● Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business requirements.● Skill in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technicalspecifications.● Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with solution design.Educational and Professional Qualifications:● Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, informationtechnology, or a related field.● Experience: 3+ years of experience in relevant field
