Sales Engineer
We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team at LogicaBeans.LogicaBeans is a boutique offshoring software development and consulting company working in the global market. As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by finding potential customer leads, providing technical solutions, and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your role will be pivotal in reaching out to customers and partners, communicating technical information, and helping to build and maintain relationships to foster trust.
Responsibilities
- ● Develop, expand, and maintain relationships with new customers and stakeholders to promote business growth.
- ● Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan with annual, quarterly, and monthly targets.
- ● Generate leads from various sources and build a continuous opportunity pipeline.
- ● Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to ensure customer success and maximize revenue opportunities.
- ● Conduct market analysis to understand competitive positions and customer preferences.
- ● Develop business proposals, partnership agreements, and commercial plans.
- Drive contract negotiations and oversee the implementation of contract signing procedures.
- ● Manage and report on the opportunity pipeline, providing updates on sales activities.
- ● Attend international events and establish a PR network to expand the company’s market presence.
- ● Work towards achieving yearly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Job Requirements
- ● Excellent English language skills with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- ● Proven ability to build relationships and knowledge of digital marketing activities.
- ● Experience in lead generation, SEO optimization, and sales pipeline management.
- ● Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ● Ability to operate in varied organizational levels and cultural settings.
- ● Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
- ● Experience creating technical content, such as white papers or blog posts.
Qualifications
- ● 2+ years of experience in an IT Sales position or similar role, preferably with IT outsourcing sales skills.
- ● Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- ● Good command of English, especially writing and speaking skills.
