Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a qualified Front-end developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.Responsibilities:● Lead the development of user interfaces using React and other modern web technologies.● Collaborate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate front-end components seamlessly.● Contribute to the architectural decisions of web applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.● Design and implement reusable and efficient components.● Ensure the codebase adheres to best practices, coding standards, and follows established guidelines.● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members,implement optimizations for faster rendering and improved user experience.● Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications.● Create and maintain technical documentation for front-end code and architecture.● Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Frontend Development best practices with major focus being React.● Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development.● Advocate for the adoption of new technologies when appropriate.Requirements:● Proven 4+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on React.● Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.● Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.● Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.● Work seamlessly within scrum environments, contributing to team objectives and project goals.● Solid understanding of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
