Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team at LogicaBeans.LogicaBeans is a boutique offshoring software development and consulting company working in the global market. You will help us expand our clientele, be the face of the company, and create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  • ● Design strategies to grow the company's opportunities.
  • ● Attract new clients by innovating the sales process.
  • ● Identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • ● Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • ● Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • ● Build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • ● Run outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities.
  • ● Develop and present customized proposals.
  • ● Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-up.
  • ● Develop rapport with key decision-makers.
  • ● Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • ● Generate leads and build a continuous opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • ● 5+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • ● Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • ● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • ● Ability to present ideas to various audiences.
  • ● Strong organizational and time management skills.
